Seachtain na Gaeilge

To celebrate all things Irish, the children took part in a table quiz.  All questions were through Irish and the children did exceptionally well. They also were lucky enough to watch and listen to some traditional irish music in the hall.

Write a book

Congratulations to all the children who participated in this years write a book competition. The children did excellent work and they really enjoyed the process. Thanks to all the parents who helped put at home with the typing!

Welcome back!

Happy new year to all! We did great work last term and I'm sure this term will be no different! We are already busy learning about fractions and decimals in maths and studying the Vikings in history. Today we had a fire drill in school and the children did a great job of leaving the school quietly and calmly.
